Punctual, organised, great comms. Amazing chef, delicious food that was presented beautifully on his own crockery. Sam was so personable and everything was at our pace, even accommodating impromptu speeches before chocolate fondant. Cleaned up perfectly and let himself out. I wish I could hire him every time we had a dinner party. Definitely recommend.

Every time I work with Fred it just keeps getting better and better. We work very well together, he is one of the hardest working chefs I know but also so kind and friendly so you aren't intimidated by him. The menu and food was his best yet. The flavours and execution was outstanding. Our guests wanted to give him a standing ovation. Hugely successful night. Can't wait to work with Fred again.

Damon communicated well prior to my 70th birthday lunch. Catered for all tha family including young children. Arrived on time. The children loved being allowed to see him in the kitchen. Produced a great meal with plenty of choice for 12 of us. Very reasonably priced. Cleaned up after so very little for us to do except enjoy it.b

Michael was fantastic for our weekend with friends. We wanted to make the weekend super easy, so Michael did all the meals from Friday to Sunday morning and not only was the food beautiful and delicious but it just made the weekend so much more relaxing not having to do any washing up or tidying - what a gift! The portions were super generous, and the ingredients were fresh, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!!

Chef Joao was every bit as good as his food. He was friendly, professional and added to the overall experience. His food was perfectly balance cooked to perfection and left our party of 8 totally satisfied. Chef Joao confirmed all our questions beforehand and provided an amazing meal catering for the whole group including special dietry needs of one of our guests I can't reccommend chef Joao highly enough he created a memorable night for my wife"s surprise 60th meal.
