We had a wonderful experience with Fabio. He made a delicious three course meal for our party of 20. The risotto with wild mushroom and truffles, as well as the burrata, were standouts. The other main course of roast beef was also delicious and many guests commented about how good it was. Fabio was very personable and introduced each course which made the presentation really special. Fabio was extremely responsive and answered my texts and questions very quickly.

What a fantastic experience Fabio and his team gave us. The food was amazing and how he cooked it all in our holiday rental with the equipment available, to that high standard, we’ll never know. Chef Mike absolutely nailed it. Clean, balanced food with real attention to detail and proper respect for the ingredients. Everything tasted intentional and beautifully executed. We had chaotic toddlers running around and had to change the timetable more than once, but he adapted without fuss, stayed calm and kept everything immaculate. True professional.

Stoyan cooked for my extended family on a weekend away, this was everyone's first experience of hiring a private chef and we certainly hit the jackpot! Stoyan was very helpful with fast responses on the lead up to ensure the menu choices and all was in order. On the night, Stoyan blended into the background and allowed us to enjoy our evening serving us beautiful food (all plates cleared!) and leaving the kitchen spotless, highly recommend!

I cannot praise this man highly enough. From his original quote to the event he was always very quick to respond to any request we had. The quality of the food was outstanding, everything promised on the menu was delivered on time and beautifully served. Chef Pete and his partner Jennifer were polite and we tried to include them in our celebrations as much as we could. The kitchen area was spotless when they left, and I mean spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend this guy, top chef.

Patrick was excellent from start to finish. He is clearly a very talented chef with a vast background of skill and experience based on the dishes suggested and served. Patrick presents himself very professionally and is genuinely a nice guy. Our party was made up of a mix of adults and children which Patrick accommodated both excellently. The pre-meal call to run through the requirements was perfect and Patrick made the process so simple. Our Gluten Free guest requirement was handled brilliantly
